Precision Construction and Painting is looking for skilled waterproofers who have experience installing:
-Life Deck
-Pli-dek
-WestCoat systems

The majority of our work will be done on elevated balconies, stairs, landings and walkways.
You Must have the Ability to do the Following:
- Demo existing decks and plywood
- Install flashing/scuppers
- Install drains
- Install new plywood with the correct slope
- Install Acrylic lath waterproof systems
- Basic framing

Other Requirements:
-2-5 years of experience
-Own and maintain a set of basic tools for the job
-Reliable transportation

Other information:
Hours: 40
Location: In person, jobsite varies
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
Pay: $27-$35/ hour depending on experience
