The Opportunity
Busy entrepreneur and business owner is seeking an exceptional local Personal & Business Assistant to help simplify
day-to-day life, stay organized, and keep personal and business projects moving.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, trustworthy, energetic, tech-savvy, discreet, dependable, and a
natural problem solver. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in getting things done.

Responsibilities May Include
• Personal and household organization and reducing clutter/footprint at home
• Calendar management, appointments, errands and follow-up
• Technology, apps, online accounts and digital organization
• Travel research, reservations, itineraries and trip coordination
• Helping coordinate dinners, parties, meetings and special events
• Research, purchases and special projects
• Assistance with business projects, including international real-estate / Plan B activities
• Occasional evening and weekend availability

Ideal Candidate
• Lives in or near Fullerton / North Orange County
• Strong with iPhone, Google Calendar/Workspace, ChatGPT/AI tools, online research and basic spreadsheets
• Excellent organization, communication and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently in a private home and business environment
• Flexible, positive, resourceful and able to anticipate what needs to be done
