Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of each assigned client, their business and industry, and their governance structure and profile
Identify and analyze potential vulnerabilities that could inform an activist’s thesis including strategic, financial, operational, board, governance, shareholder base, compensation and sustainability, and assist in developing a plan for successfully advising companies on these issues
Assist in executing campaign strategy including defensive measures, evaluation of off-ramps, comprehensive shareholder engagement and messaging strategy to achieve success for the client
Research, analyze and develop materials relating to activists, institutional investors, market and peer practices and recent governance and activism trends for use with clients
Support effective project management and team preparation for client meetings and upcoming deliverables
Help prepare senior team members for client meetings, including engagements with company leadership and board members
