Position Details:

Main Office location: Springfield, VA
Service Area: Springfield, VA and Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000
Additional Compensation may apply

Responsibilities:

Engage, inspire, and prepare your team through daily clinical meetings, both on-site (three times a week) and remotely (two times a week).
Review patient referrals to assess home care needs and coordinate appropriate services.
Assist clinicians in establishing immediate and long-term therapeutic goals, setting priorities, and developing a plan of care.
Review and approve revisions to patients' care plans efficiently through EMR workflows.
Utilize EMR, Email, Ring Central, and other systems effectively to enhance communication with your clinical staff.
Lead and participate in the interviewing, onboarding, and training of new hires at your center.
Facilitate and conduct planning, implementation, and evaluation of in-services and continuing education.
Assist in formulating, revising, implementing, and evaluating company goals and objectives, ensuring buy-in from the clinical team.
Conduct morning briefings on-site once a week and remotely for the remaining days.
Create and manage the on-call schedule and weekend operations.

Qualifications:

Active license as an RN, PT or OT in Virginia.
Maintain current BLS CPR certification.
Minimum of two (2) years of direct clinical experience.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with computers, tablets, smartphones, EMR systems, email, and other electronic systems.
Ability to foster a positive and purposeful culture.
