Job Description

Key duties include:

Develop and lead the global Learning & Development strategy
Design and deliver leadership and management training programs
Build development pathways from onboarding through to leadership
Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and drive performance improvement
Strengthen manager capability in coaching, accountability, and performance management
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership development initiatives
Create scalable learning solutions across US and UK offices
Establish and track L&D success metrics including productivity, retention, progression, and manager effectiveness
Drive alignment between business goals and learning initiatives
Build and shape the future of the L&D function as the business continues to scale globally

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of L&D should have:

8-12 years of Learning & Development experience
A background in recruitment agency, executive search, staffing, consultancy, or agency environment
Experience building leadership and management development programs within a high-performance, growth-oriented business
Commercially minded with the ability to link learning initiatives to business outcomes
Strong facilitator who can influence stakeholders from new hires through to executive leadership
Able to work 4 days per week in the NYC office (5 days when delivering training)
