OSMOS is a creative strategy firm. We work with tech and AI companies from pre-seed to late stage on positioning, brand, and go-to-market. Our thesis is that AI is commoditizing execution, which makes narrative and positioning the last durable moat.

We are hiring a Founder's Associate to work directly alongside our founder. This is a high-trust, high-proximity seat. Part strategy, part operations, part right hand. It is built for someone early in their career who wants to see how a firm actually runs and to grow fast by being close to the decisions.

What you'll do:

Work side by side with the founder and keep him ahead of his day
Manage calendar, inbox triage, scheduling, and follow-ups
Prep for meetings and track action items to close
Build and run our CRM and content engine
Support strategy, positioning, and business development on real accounts
Turn messy inputs into clean, client-ready assets

Who you are:

Sharp, low-ego, fast, and unflappable
Extremely organized, with a real bias for follow-through
A strong writer with an eye for detail
Comfortable moving between calendar logistics and client strategy in the same hour
Discreet with sensitive information
Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM is a plus, not a requirement

The details:

Full-time, in person at our Midtown office
$45,000 to $70,000 depending on experience
Clear growth path tied to performance, with a formal review.
