You'll be supporting both Mac and Windows environments while helping ensure seamless technology operations behind the scenes of an inspiring arts institution.

Experience of the right candidate:

Skilled in troubleshooting user account issues
Proficient with Office 365 (Outlook, Office apps) in a user support context
Hands-on experience with macOS and Windows 10 environments
Comfortable providing courteous and professional technical support
MAC experience is a MUST
Quick to learn, adaptable, and enthusiastic about growth

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues across the organization
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems
Monitor and manage support ticket queues, escalating as needed
Set up and configure new hardware, operating systems, and software
Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance on equipment
Onboard and train new staff on hardware/software usage and policies
Assist in enforcing cybersecurity protocols in collaboration with security staff
Document issues and resolutions accurately
Work both independently and as part of a team
