Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Oversee production and distribution operations, ensuring coordination between commissary kitchens and retail locations
Translate company objectives into clear operational plans and performance metrics
Identify and resolve inefficiencies across production and delivery

Commissary Kitchen Operations

Oversee daily operations across production and commissary kitchens, including prepped items, sauces, and full-cycle bagel production
Partner with culinary and R&D teams to operationalize new menu items and products

Supply Chain / Logistics / Distribution Management

Oversee logistics between commissary kitchens and retail locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Manage fleet operations
Ensure proper handling, storage, and cold-chain management across the supply process
Continuously improve logistics workflows to support growth

Team Management & Development

Supervise and mentor production managers and shift leads
Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture
Monitor food and labor costs and adjust staffing based on business needs

Health, Safety, & Compliance

Enforce food safety protocols and ensure compliance with local health and HR regulations

Strategic Growth

Develop scalable systems and processes to support expansion
Support planning for future production, commissary, and retail growth
Ensure readiness for new product lines and distribution channels
Track performance metrics to drive improvement and innovation
