Responsibilities for Year 1:

Learn to build your own Financial Planning Practice by guiding and coaching clients toward their financials goals.
Learn how to attract and build a team.
Pass Exams: Life, Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 63 and Series 6

Responsibilities for Year 2:

Explore leadership and mentor roles.
Continue running and building your own Financial Planning Practice.
Further your personal education with continued licensing.

Responsibilities for Year 3 through Retirement are unique to the individual and within their control. Leadership and additional growth opportunities will be discussed in the interview process.
