We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on IT Coordinator to manage, maintain, and support

our company’s technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth

day-to-day IT operations, supporting employees with technical issues, and helping keep

our systems secure, efficient, and scalable as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

 Provide day-to-day technical support for employees (hardware, software,

network, and account issues)

 Set up, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and other

office equipment

 Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (email, Slack, Google

Workspace/Microsoft 365, etc.)

 Maintain and monitor networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and security systems

 Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or service providers

when needed

 Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees from an IT perspective

 Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and best practices

 Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with company policies

 Support office moves, expansions, and new technology rollouts

 Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems and workflows

Qualifications

 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role

 Strong knowledge of macOS and some Windows environments

 Experience with networking basics (routers, switches, VPNs, Wi-Fi)

 Familiarity with cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom)

 Experience with Apple Business Manager, MDM, or device enrollment

 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

 Excellent communication and customer-service mindset

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have

 Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

 Experience supporting retail, warehouse, or multi-location environments

 Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Apple)
