Job Overview

We are urgently seeking motivated drivers to operate tractor-trailers across over-the-road (OTR) routes, delivering freight efficiently and safely. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team, handle various types of refrigerated goods — and ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. New or entry-level drivers are wellcome. Paid training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed every mile of the way. All drivers must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Drivers must be able to communicate in English per DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers across long-distance OTR routes, ensuring compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
Use GPS navigation systems to plan optimal routes, monitor traffic conditions, and ensure on-time deliveries.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers to verify vehicle safety, including checking for mechanical issues and proper load securement.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:

Valid CDL-A no experience required
Must be 21 years or older, non-smoker
Truck Driver must have an established driving partner with at least 90 days of previous team driving experience or willing to match
Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen
Pay: $1,200.00 - $2,000.00 per week
