What You'll Do
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Install heating and air conditioning equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Clearly explain findings and recommendations to customers
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work vehicle
• Represent Morey Plumbing, Heating & Cooling with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For
• Residential HVAC installation and service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Honest, dependable, and reliable
• Self-motivated while also working well as part of a team
• Mechanically inclined with attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and confined areas
• Able to tolerate temperatures exceeding 120°F for extended periods
• Ability to climb ladders, kneel, crouch, crawl, and balance safely
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
