METER Group is seeking an **IT Systems Analyst I** who will specifically focus on supporting and enhancing the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to align with operational needs. Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, the Analyst I assist in maintaining system efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

This role works from our Pullman, WA office.

For informational purposes, the entire pay range for this role is $26.04 -$33.52. Please keep this in mind when applying for this role. We are open to reviewing candidates with more or less experience; the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our offer will be based on job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Systems Knowledge: Possesses a beginning to working knowledge of ERP systems, including a basic understanding of MRP, BOM structures, and inventory workflows.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot basic system or data issues under supervision.
Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to act as a liaison between the development team and non-technical end users.
Organization: High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in ERP support or manufacturing systems is required.
Industry Preference: Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments is strongly preferred.
