Enhance and accelerate Enterprise Health sales growth by leading content development and dissemination efforts, emphasizing generating and publishing high-quality content designed to reinforce thought leadership, build the Enterprise Health brand, generate an increased volume of marketing qualified leads and support the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

Content strategy and planning

Lead content strategy and development in collaboration with Enterprise Health leadership, marketing and sales teams
Use content performance data, audience/persona insights, and competitive analysis to develop the annual content strategy, customer journey mapping and final content plan (omni-channel assets)
Develop and maintain content calendar and inventory; audit to improve existing assets, retire outdated/underperforming assets and ideate areas for new content development
Facilitate brainstorm sessions with cross-functional marketing teams to ideate content/assets to address gaps in the customer journey

Content production and oversight

Lead and author content development with an emphasis on generating and disseminating a constant stream of high-quality marketing pieces including:
- Position papers/white papers
- Blog posts
- Webinar content
- Social media posts
- Sales collateral
- Video content
- Website content
Collaborate with key stakeholders on content plan and execution:
- Public relations: synchronize messaging and leverage content across communication vehicles
- Sales leadership: develop sales support programs/materials; craft and execute targeted ABM programs
- Marketing: develop go-to-market strategies and associated creative concepts and vehicles; develop and disseminate content
- Key Enterprise Health disciplines (development, deployment, support, account and project management): build relationships with subject matter authorities (internal and external) to find, build or optimize content for market-specific value propositions
From asset brief and SME interviews to outlines and copywriting to final asset delivery - be responsible for the production process for multiple content formats (e.g., email, webpages, eBooks, video scripts) that drive audience engagement, SEO relevance and brand excellence.
Lead asset production and promotional writing process; manage outside vendors as required
Review campaign content built by other marketing content creators to drive consistency and quality

Content distribution and performance

Monitor content performance metrics, using data to optimize future content strategies and improve user engagement
Based on performance insights, provide recommendations on how to improve content

Qualifications

10+ years of writing/content generation experience
Marketing experience with SaaS, healthcare IT and ideally occupational/employee health IT applications
Proven creative ability
Proven ability to function as part of a marketing team
Marketing leadership experience, including experience leading content generation efforts
