What You'll Do:
- Perform advanced diagnostics on pool and spa equipment
- Install and repair pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
- Install and troubleshoot pool lighting (standard and LED)
- Complete clean, organized, high‑quality installations on time
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal staff
- Document all work performed and maintain a professional workspace
- Support our team with expert-level knowledge and on‑site problem solving

What We're Looking For:
- Experienced and skilled in pool equipment repair and installation
- Ability to independently diagnose complex issues
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right
- Professional, reliable, and productive — no clock‑milking, clean and efficient work
- Organized and able to manage your workflow with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Pay & Perks
- $28–$30/hour depending on experience and skill
- Weekly pay
- Company truck and tools may be provided
- Full support from our office and management team
- Opportunity for advancement into senior technical or leadership roles

Requirements
- 3+ years of repair/installation experience preferred
- Strong understanding of pool system components
- Ability to safely work with electrical and gas equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Smartphone required for job documentation and scheduling
- Available Monday–Friday (full-time hours)

Experience Level

Advanced experience REQUIRED — this role is not entry-level.
