About Us: M Bar W is a vineyard and equestrian property with a variety of clients and guests. The facilities are not yet open to the public, and you will be a part of preparing the space. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Landscape Worker to join our team.
Job Description: As a Landscape & Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for the upkeep and enhancement of various outdoor spaces, including residential and commercial properties. Your duties will include planting, pruning, mowing, irrigation, and general maintenance tasks to ensure the landscapes are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and pruning.
• Identify and treat pest infestations in landscapes and structures.
• Operate and maintain heavy machinery and handheld tools for landscaping projects.
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry and plumbing/irrigation.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance practices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
