We are hiring a professional Chef de Cuisine to lead our experienced BOH team. We are a well-established, family-owned and operated, fine-dining restaurant in beautiful La Quinta, CA. We are close to Palm Springs in the Coachella Valley and known for beautiful winter weather, exclusive country clubs with top notch golf courses, Thermal race track, BNP Paribas tennis tournament, polo fields, and so much more. This area also has a thriving food scene for the local and seasonal snowbird residents. La Quinta is an area with a high quality of life and a wonderful community to raise a family.

We serve dinner only and change our menu seasonally. We support new ideas and creativity for weekly specials and seasonal menus. Only apply if you are a chef that takes pride in your work and is familiar with classic French cooking techniques such as; braising, sauteing, stocks & the five mother sauces.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared, and served according to the recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
• Assist in developing and implementing new menu ideas including specials.
• Expedite service efficiently and effectively, maintaining the proper pace and food quality.
• Manage ordering and inventory to maintain a high level of food quality.
• As the team leader, fill in where needed to ensure that the guest experience is never compromised

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of Chef de Cuisine experience
• Formal culinary trained a plus

Compensation:
$80,000 annual salary plus up to 2-months of paid vacation time in the summertime.

Position is available to start mid September 2026.
