This is not a passive work-from-home position. It is a full-time, high-activity sales career for someone who enjoys being on the phone, competing against goals, and being rewarded for performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct high-volume outbound sales conversations with prospective and previous clients
Evaluate and interview prospective clients through a consultative sales process
Enroll qualified new clients
Maintain consistent prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline activity
Achieve and exceed sales quotas, KPIs, and activity expectations
Collaborate with Client Advisors who provide concierge-level service to clients

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

4-year degree or equivalent professional work experience
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, including phone, inside, or door-to-door sales
At least 1 year of tenure with the same employer
Experience working in a high-volume sales environment
Proven ability to independently manage a full, productive workday
Comfortable with measurable activity, KPI, and revenue expectations
Comfortable with a performance-based bonus/commission structure
Competitive and motivated by six-figure earning potential
Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday as part of your regular five-day workweek

Experience with consultative sales, one-call closing, short sales cycles, or intangible/luxury products is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

First-year compensation includes a base rate, uncapped commission, and bonus opportunities, with total first-year earnings ranging from approximately $70,000-120,000+ depending on performance.

SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, minimum 40-hour-per-week position.

Saturday and Sunday are required regular workdays, as weekends are important selling days for our business. Team members receive two scheduled days off Monday through Friday.
