The Bracha Group and IB Global LLC are dynamic players in the NYC real estate market, managing and developing a diverse portfolio of properties. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support a range of initiatives, primarily focused on one key building in our portfolio, with the opportunity to contribute to other projects as needed.

Position Overview:

As a Project Management Intern, you will work closely with our asset management and development teams to carry out strategic and operational tasks related to one designated building, including vendor coordination, project tracking, and on-site inspections. You will also provide support for broader portfolio projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating and tracking ongoing projects at the assigned building
Conduct site visits and prepare reports on progress, issues, or updates
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal team members
Maintain project documentation and timelines
Support budgeting and expense tracking for assigned initiatives
Participate in planning meetings and contribute to execution strategy
Assist with ad hoc tasks across other real estate assets as needed

Qualifications:

Current student or recent graduate in Project Management, Real Estate, Construction, Business, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace;
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Must be based in NYC and able to be on-site; hybrid schedule negotiable
