We’re a fast-paced remodeling company in Fullerton seeking an experienced Sales Dispatcher to join our team.

This is a sales-focused role — not a clerical position. We’re looking for a confident, energatic and results driven salesperson who knows how to connect with homeowners and close appointments over the phone and in person.

We’re not asking you to sell anything — your goal is to set appointments for our project managers to meet homeowners in person at their house.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to warm homeowner leads (no cold calling)
Set in-home consultations for project managers
Follow up with past leads, handle objections, and re-engage interest
Assist clients in our showroom with material selections while encouraging at-home meetings
Use sales techniques to uncover client needs, budget, and goals
Keep CRM updated with notes and status updates
Send professional emails and correspondence
Must be comfortable working with Excel and basic office programs

Occasionally represent Horizon at our booth during local events, mixers, and expos

Ideal Candidate:
Background in remodeling, mortgage, insurance, or similar sales

Excellent communication and phone skills

Proven track record in setting appointments and closing deals

Professional, polished, and goal-oriented

Comfortable making high volumes of calls

Strong follow-up and customer engagement skills
