Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our growing team in Pittsfield, MA. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care by coordinating schedules for caregivers and maintaining strong communication with clients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate caregiver assignments for home care clients
Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and client needs
Manage schedule changes, call-outs, and last-minute coverage requests
Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and office staff
Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
Assist with staffing needs and ensure continuity of care
Provide excellent customer service while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Previous scheduling, staffing, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
Home care or healthcare experience is a plus
