We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Irrigator / Farm Worker to join our team on a 39-acre kumquat and passion fruit farm.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor the farm's irrigation systems.
Perform fertilizer injection through irrigation systems.
Diagnose and repair irrigation equipment and systems.
Assist with general farm maintenance and daily operations.
Weed management and pest monitoring/control.
Support other farm tasks as needed throughout the season.

Qualifications:

Irrigation experience is preferred.
Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot irrigation issues.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Compensation:

Hourly wage (based on experience).
