Job Description:

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing excellent service, managing transactions, and ensuring our bakery maintains a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude

2. Take orders, operate the cash register, and handle payments accurately, answer the phone calls

3. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area

5. Restock display cases and ensure products are presented beautifully

6. Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries

7. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service is a plus

2. Passion for French pastries and coffee is a bonus!

3. Strong communication and teamwork skills

4. Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment

5. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude

6. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
