ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Manager, you will:
Drive personal sales in a face‑to‑face, Direct‑to‑Home environment
Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales reps
Coach and retain top performers in your assigned territory
Own the performance, standards, and culture of your local team
Represent a solution that addresses real problems: outages, high bills, and grid instability
