We are an established and fast-growing fencing company looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping our service department running smoothly and providing excellent customer service from the initial call through completion of the job.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, and able to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements
• Previous dispatching experience is required
• Experience in residential plumbing or plumbing construction

Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Receive incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments
• Dispatch service calls and coordinate schedules with technicians
• Process customer invoices and invoices for established accounts
• Follow up on calls that technicians were unable to complete
• Coordinate parts ordering and obtain customer approval for necessary repairs
• Schedule follow-up repairs and service appointments
• Communicate with technicians, customers, and vendors as needed
• Answer all incoming calls in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner
• Maintain accurate scheduling and customer information
• Help ensure customers receive timely and professional service from start to finish
