About FEE
FEE keeps critical facilities running. We service, maintain and replace UPS systems, batteries and generators for data centers, telecom, healthcare, government and other mission-critical sites across 19 states.

We're looking for an Account Manager to grow and look after our current inhouse customer relationships. Also, find new business, and work with our operations and field teams so customers get the service they've signed with us for. This role is a good fit for someone who likes building relationships, knows or wants to get introduced into the critical power world, and wants to grow with a company that's expanding with 50+ years in the industry. We are a woman-owned business based in Rancho Santa Margarita.

Prospect and win new business with data centers, healthcare, telecom, government and commercial facilities
Sell UPS and generator maintenance contracts, battery replacements, equipment sales and service upgrades
Put together quotes and proposals with our operations and engineering teams, and respond to RFPs and public bids
Visit customer sites to understand their equipment, plan service and spot upgrade needs
Keep the CRM and sales pipeline current, and hit quarterly and annual targets
Follow up after service visits to make sure customers are happy and renewals stay on track

What we're looking for:
1-3 years of B2B sales or account management, ideally (but not needed) in critical power, electrical, data center or facilities services
Working knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, generators, switchgear or similar equipment
A track record of growing accounts and closing new business
Clear, professional communication in writing and in person
Organized and self-driven, comfortable managing many accounts at once
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites within California + nearby states
