In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our IT supplier on managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware. You will also provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure the security and integrity of our data systems. Additionally, you will assist with software updates, backups, and the implementation of new technologies to enhance our operational capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration and support, with experience in managing networks and server environments. Proficiency in various operating systems, security protocols, and troubleshooting techniques is essential.
