Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase user engagement, drive traffic, and boost conversions. You will play a key role in managing our Go High Level platform, along with our email and SMS marketing campaigns. Your work will directly impact our mission to connect talents with job opportunities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Go High Level CRM for marketing automation, lead generation, and campaign management.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage our nationwide talent and client base.
Create and manage SMS marketing campaigns to increase user interaction and drive conversions.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts.
Collaborate with our content and design teams to create compelling marketing materials.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to keep our platform at the forefront of the industry.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience working for a website or mobile app business.
Proven expertise with Go High Level, including CRM management, automation, and campaign execution.
Strong experience in email marketing, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Experience with SMS marketing and an understanding of best practices for mobile engagement.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the entertainment or talent industry.
Familiarity with SEO and PPC strategies.
Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
