Responsibilities

Maintain the current IT environment (servers, desktops, networks, and devices)
Execute IT change programs, virtualizing IT infrastructure with modern service options

Experience

2 – 4 years of start up company experience in the Bay Area

Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
Functional section – this is a take-home programming test

Step 2: Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office)
