Seeking a sharp, energetic, highly organized Executive Assistant to work directly with a business owner managing multiple companies, real estate investments, and business ventures.

Looking for a well-rounded, professional, outgoing individual with a great personality, strong accounting knowledge, excellent computer skills, and the ability to think independently.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge required.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required.

AI proficient — comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve efficiency, research, organization, and productivity.

Tech-savvy, resourceful, and quick to learn new software.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Professional, personable, outgoing, and confident.

Ability to manage financial records, invoices, payments, scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative responsibilities.

Experience working with multiple companies or LLCs is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, common sense, and attention to detail.

Self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and follows through without constant supervision.

Dependable, trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information.

We are looking for someone who is quick-thinking, motivated, adaptable, and gets things done — not someone who waits to be told what to do.

This is a diverse, fast-paced position working directly with an entrepreneur. No two days are alike.
