-Position Overview

We're a production house that does embroidery, screen printing, and heat transfers. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Production Manager’s Assistant to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates well with team members and clients, and can help keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

The Production Manager’s Assistant will work closely with the Production Manager to help coordinate schedules, organize workflow, track orders, communicate with departments, and assist with general production tasks to reduce workload and improve overall efficiency.

-Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Production Manager with daily operational and administrative tasks
* Help coordinate production schedules and workflow priorities
* Track job progress, deadlines, and order statuses
* Manage clients, orders, and communications
* Communicate with vendors, suppliers, clients, and internal departments as needed
* Organize production paperwork, purchase orders, and job files
* Help maintain production calendars and scheduling systems
* Handle data entry, reporting, and general office organization
* Step in to assist with production floor coordination when necessary

-Qualifications

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
*Professional email/online presence when communicating with clients
* Basic computer proficiency including email, spreadsheets, and Adobe software
* Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing deadlines
* Previous experience in production, operations, manufacturing, print, apparel, or related industries preferred
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Preferred Skills

*Bilingual is very important in this position
*Attention to detail
* Experience with scheduling or workflow management
* Familiarity with production timelines and logistics
* Knowledge of inventory systems or purchasing processes
* Experience in screen printing, embroidery, apparel production, or manufacturing environments is a plus

-Schedule & Compensation

* Part-time (with room for growth)
* Compensation based on experience starting at $18.00 per hour
* Monday-Wednesday 8:30am-4:30pm
*Hourly
