As a Shipping / Receiving Coordinator your job will be to organize finished jobs, making sure that all items are printed as described on an estimate and then shipping them to the customer. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES (listed but not limited to):
• Shipping / Quality Control
⁃ Reading estimates to confirm completion of the order
- Organize, and package orders when ready to ship
⁃ Discussing any issues or quantity shortages with the project coordinators
⁃ Organizing and archiving of sample prints, and printing plates
⁃ Shipping order using Shipstation Software

• Paper Receiving
⁃ Organizing incoming paper for projects
⁃ Labeling, and placing paper in appropriate job cubbies
⁃ Reconciling orders placed versus what was received
• Archiving / Organizing
⁃ Keeping plates and samples organized on shelf for easy access
⁃ Being able to recall samples for the project coordinators when needed from the achieve
• Various Special Projects

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A highly positive demeanor, and excellent communication skills
• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Someone who can take ownership of their work area, and process, to make it their own
• Be able to take ownership of issues, and proactively problem solve
• Extremely organized, and able to act independently
• Must be able to lift 60 Lbs. or greater, from time to time
• Must be able to climb a step ladder up to 6 ft tall

Not Required, but a big PLUS:
• Prior print shop work (or equivalent)
• Print or paper industry background
• Prior shipping / receiving experience
• Coffee lover! We have an espresso machine in our shop
