Job Description

Cornerstone Building Brands is looking to hire a highly motivated sales professional for the position of District Sales Manager in the Florida market.

This teammate will report to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory. This role supports the components division including MBCI and Metal Sales Brands.

Positioned within MBCI's Commercial Roof & Wall segment, with direct sales to sub-contractors, general contractors & roofing contractors
Develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals
Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands in the market
Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer's business and the critical measures that drive each account
Works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient
Ability to work with Operating Systems

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all CBB associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents and sales force
Must be flexible to maximize business opportunities as they arise
Must possess a minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience
Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials
Pre-engineered metal buildings experience is preferred
Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities
Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations
Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential
Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to travel 50% - 60% of the time (2-3 overnights a week)
Bi-Lingual is preferred

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $95,000 + bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
