Senior Vice President of IT

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Vice President of IT to lead our technology strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT department, driving innovation, and ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with our business objectives. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that supports the company's overall goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, making recommendations for their adoption to enhance business processes and drive competitive advantage.
Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful delivery of IT services and solutions.
Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and data, implementing best practices and protocols to mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving technology strategy and execution.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Deep technical expertise across a broad range of IT disciplines, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and software development.
Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to change and lead through ambiguity.
