JOB

The Information Technology Department is seeking a Temporary IT Project Support Specialist to support enterprise system implementations and other IT projects and initiatives as needed. This role supports system implementation, testing, training, documentation, reporting, end-user support, and go-live activities.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting end users across the organization. Strong experience with business applications, technical troubleshooting, and quickly learning new systems is required.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

Develop training materials, user guides, FAQs, and quick reference documents.

Deliver end-user training.

Provide Tier 1 application and system support.

Troubleshoot basic system and user issues; escalate as needed.

Support system testing, UAT, and workflow validation.

Document test results, defects, and resolutions.

Assist with data validation, reporting, and quality assurance.

Create and maintain system reports (operational, payroll, management).

Support application setup, configuration, and user access administration.

Maintain technical and process documentation.

Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for IT projects.

Assist with multiple IT projects and system implementations.

Provide general IT project and administrative support as assigned.
