Operations Director – Chick-fil-A Boiling Springs & Spartanburg (Asheville Hwy)

Pay & Schedule:

Starting Salary: $60,000 annually
Full-time | 45-52 hours per week
Monthly Bonus Opportunities
Earn up to a 5% Raise each year
Variable Schedule to include: Open (4:15 am - 4:45 am) and closing (10:45 pm -12:00 pm) availability, including Saturdays

Qualifications:

A love for the restaurant business
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Passion for serving people and creating a positive culture
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & adapt to change
