🛠️ Responsibilities:
✔ Perform daily pool maintenance to keep swimming pools clean and safe.

✔ Test and balance pool water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.).

✔ Inspect and maintain pool equipment (pumps, filters, skimmers, etc.).

✔ Identify and report issues with pool circulation and filtration.

✔ Maintain accurate service logs and reports.

✔ Drive to assigned locations and complete scheduled maintenance.

✔ Follow OSHA and Title 22 safety protocols for chemical handling.

✅ Requirements:
✔ Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record 🚗

✔ Reliable & Punctual – Early morning shifts required, including some Saturdays.

✔ Physically Capable – Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

✔ Attention to Detail – Must not be color-blind (color-based chemical test readings required).

✔ Legal Work Authorization – Social Security Number required.

✔ Basic English Required (Bilingual Encouraged – Spanish/English) 🌎

✔ Mechanically Inclined – Helpful for understanding pool equipment operations.

✔ Eagerness to Learn – Must be open to our high standards and proper pool maintenance procedures.

📌 Summer Work Schedule ☀️
During the summer season, technicians will work 6 days per week.
✔ Saturdays will be a 4-hour shift to keep pools in top condition during peak usage.
