Job Description

Finance Department requires immediate assistance completing the following duties:
Entering requisitions into data systems
Placing orders for tangible goods
Gathering new vendor completed documents.
Travel - pre-travel, process registrations
Local/overnight travel reports
Other finance related duties..

Skills

Micriox MIP fund Accounting
Local travel processing
Admin experience.
MS Office, Excel, Dial Pad.
Excel/Word
Data Entry
General Office/Admin

Working Hours

Monday-Friday
8:30 AM-5:00 PM
