ABOUT ATLAS SUPPLY

Atlas Supply provides commercial and industrial cleaning chemicals and maintenance products to businesses and organizations across a wide range of industries.

Interested? No resume, cover letter, degree, or experience required. All we need is your name and contact information so we can have a conversation.

We're entering this market with access to an established network of approximately 300 repeat customers and guidance from someone with 25 years of experience in the industry.

We know we're not Uline, and we're not trying to be. Our opportunity is to serve customers who are tired of dealing with suppliers that are difficult to reach, slow to respond, late on deliveries, or simply don't provide the personal attention their businesses need.

Our value proposition is straightforward: Be easy to work with, be responsive, provide quality products, and make purchasing supplies easier for our customers while being highly competitive on pricing by leveraging our strong supplier network.

Most of these products are purchased regularly, creating opportunities for repeat business and recurring commissions.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Commission-only sales opportunities are everywhere, and we understand they aren't for everyone and have a range of connotations.

What we're offering is a flexible sales opportunity where you can work as much or as little as you'd like, earn commissions on the customers you bring in, and potentially transition into a salaried position.

Whether you're looking for additional income alongside another job or want to pursue sales full-time, we're open to both.

There are no set hours or minimum weekly time commitments.

And if you're someone who wants to be more involved in helping grow the company, we're open to that too. There's an opportunity to contribute beyond sales, help develop new markets, and take on additional responsibilities as the business expands.

HOW SALES TYPICALLY WORK

We're not expecting you to walk into a business and convince them to replace their entire chemical supplier overnight.

Our approach is much simpler: Start by getting a customer to try switching just one product.

That might mean selling a single case of degreaser, cleaner, spraypaint remover, or another maintenance product for around $100.

Once they've tried the product and experienced our service, the goal is to earn more of their business over time.

A $100 initial order can eventually become a customer placing four-figure recurring orders as they begin purchasing additional products from Atlas Supply.

This approach makes the initial sale more approachable while creating meaningful long-term opportunities.

WHO YOU'LL BE SELLING TO

Our potential customers include:

Municipalities: Towns, villages, cities, and county governments
Public Works: Parks and recreation, street and highway departments, fleet maintenance, wastewater treatment, and facilities maintenance
Automotive: Auto repair shops, dealerships, fleet operators, and detailing businesses
Healthcare & Senior Living: Nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities
Hospitality: Hotels, motels, resorts, and restaurants
Property Management: Apartment complexes, commercial properties, and building maintenance companies
Industrial & Commercial: Manufacturing facilities, warehouses, contractors, and maintenance departments

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Reach out to businesses through phone calls, emails, or in-person visits
Identify potential customers and understand their product needs
Introduce Atlas Supply's products and provide quotes
Close initial orders and identify opportunities for additional business

You don't have to manage customer accounts indefinitely. If you'd rather focus on finding and closing new customers, we're happy to handle the ongoing relationships and reorders.

COMPENSATION

You'll earn a 20% commission on each qualifying sale from customers you bring in, including repeat orders, for 18 months.

For example:

Initial $100 order = $20 commission
$500 reorder = $100 commission
$1,000 reorder = $200 commission
$2,500 reorder = $500 commission

If a customer you bring in orders $1,000 per month for 18 months, that's $3,600 in total commissions from that one account.

You can continue earning commissions on that account even if Atlas Supply handles the ongoing relationship.

Additional benefits include:

No earnings cap: Your earning potential depends on the business you generate.
Fully flexible schedule: Work as much or as little as you'd like.
Path to salary: Opportunity to transition into a salaried role based on performance and business needs.
Additional opportunities: For those interested, there's room to become more involved in growing the company, developing new markets, and taking on additional responsibilities.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

No industry or sales experience is required.

You'll have access to a mentor with 25 years of experience in the commercial and industrial chemical supply industry who can help with product knowledge, customer conversations, and sales techniques.

We'll provide the information and resources needed to get started, including sales scripts and approaches that have already been used successfully to generate repeat customers and sales.

You won't be expected to know the difference between every type of degreaser or industrial cleaner on day one. We'll help you learn.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Anyone interested in sales is welcome to apply.

No college degree, certifications, previous sales experience, or industry background required. We care about your willingness to learn and talk to customers, not your education or resume.

I don't care whether you've been selling for 20 years or have never made a sales call.

We're simply looking for people who are comfortable talking to businesses, willing to learn, and interested in earning commissions.

INTERESTED?

Email us directly using the anon craigstlist email below with a message of of any length, on why you're interested and what may make you a good fit!

Again, we don't need a resume, cover letter, or anything formal. All we really need is your name and contact information so we can get in touch and have a conversation.
