Arbuckle Coffee is seeking a dependable, organized and professional *Part-Time Office Assistant* to work alongside the owner of the business and help ensure our day-to-day office operations run smoothly.

This is an excellent position for someone who takes pride in being organized, dependable and productive. Training and clear direction will be provided, but we are looking for someone who can then work independently without requiring constant supervision or micromanagement.

#Responsibilities

* Filing and organizing business records
* Light clerical and administrative work
* Organizing paperwork, files, supplies and office areas
* Basic data entry and computer work
* Assisting the owner with administrative projects and routine follow-up
* Occasionally answering incoming telephone calls
* Occasionally greeting customers and visitors
* Helping ensure routine office tasks are completed and nothing falls through the cracks

* Comfortable working independently after receiving training
* Able to take direction and carry an assignment through to completion

* Comfortable with basic computer and office tasks
* Willing to handle routine responsibilities as well as occasional special projects
* Someone who notices what needs attention and takes pride in getting it done correctly

Previous office or administrative experience is preferred. Reliability, professionalism, organization and a strong work ethic are essential.

# What You Can Expect

You will work directly alongside the owner of an established Tucson business and play an important supporting role in keeping office operations organized and running smoothly.

Training and direction will be provided. Once trained, we value initiative, good judgment and the ability to work independently. We are not looking to micromanage the right person.

**Monday, Wednesday and Friday**
**11:00 AM–4:00 PM**
**15 hours per week**
**$18.00 per hour**

This is a **part-time, in-person position at our Tucson office. This is not a remote position.**
