A lower middle market private equity firm is looking to add a Junior Associate to its investment team. The role offers broad exposure across the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing, diligence, execution, portfolio monitoring, and strategic initiatives alongside senior investment professionals.

The team invests across a range of sectors, with a focus on founder-owned and family-owned businesses in the industrials, business services, healthcare, and tech-enabled services sectors.

Responsibilities:

Support transaction execution and due diligence processes
Build and analyze financial models and valuation materials
Conduct industry, company, and market research
Assist with investment committee materials and presentations
Work closely with portfolio company management teams on operational and strategic initiatives
Evaluate new investment opportunities and add-on acquisitions

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity
Strong financial modeling and analytical skill set
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Interest in lower middle market investing and operationally focused private equity
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
