Position Details
Position: Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $50.00–$60.00 per hour, depending on experience
On-Call: Participation in the agency's rotating on-call schedule is required.
Responsibilities
Complete Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), Recertification, and Discharge assessments.
Provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes.
Develop and update individualized plans of care.
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and safety.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Participate in case conferences and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications
Current Washington State RN license.
Home Health experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
